Once placed correctly and allowed to stabilize, it shows 24-hour, 7-day and long-term averages in both pCi/L and Bq/m³. EPA action-level context, local alerts, exportable history and calibration documentation keep the reading interpretable. The monitor distinguishes ongoing awareness from the professional protocols used in property transactions. It does not remove radon, and a normal reading is not treated as permanent because weather, season and building pressure can change the level.
