A stable, full-torso incline system that elevates the upper body without folding the neck forward.
Modular foam layers create a smooth, adjustable incline for sleep, reading or recovery, with a washable low-slip cover.
A closer look
Elevate supports the back and shoulders across a long, gradual surface rather than lifting only the head. Removable layers allow the incline to be adjusted without purchasing a second wedge, and the low-slip base helps the structure remain in place through the night. Dense support foam limits collapse, while a breathable removable cover simplifies care. Head-of-bed elevation has evidence for reducing nocturnal reflux symptoms in some adults, although it is not a cure and may not suit every spinal, respiratory or postsurgical situation. Length, rise, angle and firmness are stated clearly so the choice can be based on body fit and intended use rather than height alone.
The details that matter
- Full-torso length with gradual incline
- Modular layers for multiple height/angle settings
- High-density support foam with low-slip base
- Breathable, removable machine-washable cover
- Optional knee support for neutral positioning
Why it belongs
Elevate makes a simple positioning intervention more legible by disclosing the geometry and giving the full torso stable support.
What the evidence supports
Systematic reviews suggest head-of-bed elevation can improve reflux symptoms or supine acid exposure in some adults; studies are limited.
What it is designed to do
Creates an adjustable upper-body incline for sleep, reading or recovery while avoiding excessive neck flexion.
Use and care
People with spinal conditions, balance limitations, recent surgery, severe breathing problems or pressure-injury risk should seek individualized advice.
