Coherence makes slow breathing easier to practice consistently. A soft light ring and optional haptic cue expand and contract at the selected pace, so the session can continue without watching a phone. A broad pace range and sessions from three to twenty minutes leave room for individual comfort rather than forcing one pattern on every user. The sensor model adds pulse-interval trends as reflective feedback, not as a clinical HRV assessment.
